Shipping policy

All domestic delivery will be done through registered courier or in house delivery. 

For registered courier, any missing parcel will be taken charged by the courier company. Hence, Youthgenes Market will be assisting customers to resolve any missing or damaged parcel. There will be an insurance coverage up to $200 by the courier company if the parcel was lost or damaged and courier company was found at fault.

 

Self Collection

Kindly note that for self-collection parcel, there will be a collection period of 2months. If parcel wasn’t collected within the given period, we will not be keeping the item and we will not take any responsibility for the parcel.

 

Shipping Duration/TimeFrame

Kindly note that for some product might takes up to 4-10 working weeks or longer. As most of our product are on Pre-order basis unless stated INSTOCK , Purchase Only If You Can Wait NO REFUND AFTER PURCHASING .
