Return policy only valid for 7 DAYS after receiving your item to request a return only under conditions such as the wrong item shipped, factory defects. Invalid reasons such as purchase the wrong item, dislike the item purchased will not be entertained.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you first received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as on-sale items or gift cards.
The exchange will only be accepted if the wrong size was being purchased and the customer is willing to exchange it for a different size with the same design. Please do take note that it also depends on item availability. Do note that the buyer will have to bear the shipping cost. In addition, sales items will not be eligible for exchange.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Refund will only be accepted only if the item is damaged, wrong size, or design given by us. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment or via Giro Bank-transfer method. Please remember it can take some time(1-3 working weeks) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
For preorder, once the order has been proceeded for ordering a customer has received an email to inform about the order, the customer will no longer be able to proceed with refunds. If the customer insists to proceed with a refund, there will be a penalty charge of 50% per transactions . This is to protect our company from unreasonable order requests.
